It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Breathe Space Pilates draws inspiration from the core principles of Pilates, which are deeply rooted in yoga, classical Joseph Pilates, and Stott Pilates. At times, students will find use of props to support and deepen their ROM. Other times, students will use body weight to build strength, stamina, and over time, a strong breathing practice. Alignment combined with breath-to-movement is the main highlight of each class. All levels and ages are welcome.
